Todd Schmidt

Todd brings over 25 years of construction and construction management experience to the table, and has now become a 3rd generation REALTOR® in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Many of the vacant homes that will be listed by Todd, have also been renovated by him. These homes are super clean, completely move-in ready, and priced to sell!  Todd is a proud parent of two amazing kids, and has many interests and hobbies. Don’t be surprised to see skis or a bicycle strapped onto his vehicle; he also enjoys tennis, golf, and any activity taking place at a beach. He is a singer/songwriter of Christian acoustic rock, and is also a therapeutic abstract artist. Look for some pieces of his artwork to show up occasionally in some of his vacant listings.
